After receiving the worst set of nails of my life by a salon in DP off Center I drove straight here. I was visibly upset, showed them my nails and asked if they would be able to fix my set. The owner sat me down with LA and she was able to fix my nails exactly how they were originally intended to be and informed me the owner said that I would not be charged. They went above and beyond to help me and were extremely generous and kind. This salon is super clean as well so I will be returning here for now on and sharing my experience with everyone.

I've had my nails for a little over a week now and they still look gorgeous. They offer these nail design stickers which really look and feel like polish which I LOVE. Best yet I've even yet to have a gem pop off my shellac, which seems to be a common occurrence after a few days anywhere else I go.

This place was absolutely amazing. I've seen my share of nail salons and this one is by far on my top list. I'm here from Orlando visiting a friend and we were both pleasantly happy with both services. I had Tammy and Kim was the other person taking care of us. Tammy was VERY attentive and and I didn't have to guide her on what to do which was another plus. The place was laid out to make you feel at home and relaxed. I'd highly recommend this salon to anyone.

My husband & I get our pedis at this location & love Anna & Nancy! Anna never gets upset if I need her to fix my polish on the rare occasion that I have an issue. There are other salons I won't go to anymore because I could tell they didn't like me pointing out something I wanted fixed. If I have an issue, I want someone who will kindly fix it without bad mouthing me in another language. I can always trust Anna to be kind & polite to me!

I’ve been a regular here, but won’t be going back after my visit last week. Management changes often, but usually everything is the same. I noticed they didn’t open a sterile package of tools for my pedicure (which has always been a strong reason I would go here). And my toe nails were cut so wonky and the polish not smooth at all. Also, the point system has changes and you only get points when using cash now - NBD. But beware of the ATM they have. They say it charges a dollar and they give you a dollar back; however, it adds a dollar to your withdraw AND charges a separate $1.50. Not breaking the bank, but dishonest and shady.

I love this nail salon! Excellent service and beautiful salon! I was greeted with a smile (even though it was 15 minutes to close - 6:45 P.M.) and made to feel very welcome. I love my nails and the pedicure was exactly what my feet needed. I will recommend this nail salon to everyone! Thank you so much for an excellent experience - I usually dread getting my nails done! This was the worst I’ve ever been treated by a nail tech. Customer service was nowhere to be found. Texting several times while doing nails. Upcharged me for things I had no idea she was doing. Left glue all over hands. Last time I will go and Ive been going ever since they opened doors. Definitely has lowered staff standards along with management.
